Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping.

Golf Supplies Australiaf is committed to dispatching your orders as soon as possible. Shipping options and costs will be displayed during the checkout process of placing your order.

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight and dimensions of the order and the destination. Australia Post have size restrictions which prevents some large or bulky items being sent to PO Boxes. These items require a physical residential or business address for delivery.

All items are shipped via road which can take 5-7 days to East Australian States, up to 10 days to other major cities and longer to regional or remote locations.

Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri AEST are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available. When your order ships you will receive an email outlining how to track your package.

A business delivery address is preferable as the recipient, or anyone authorised to accept the goods on their behalf, must be present when the order is delivered. If there is no one at the address or no one willing and able to receive the order, a calling card will be left with instruction of how to re-arrange delivery or collect your item.
