Do you repair clubs and re-grips on site?Yes. We re-shaft, re-grip and repair clubs on-site. For small jobs we can do the repairs while you wait.

How is my order Shipped?We send orders via Australia Post, Aramex Australia and TNT Express dependent upon the size & weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping method is at the discretion of Retco Golf. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

Can I tract my order?Yes, most orders are sent with a tracking number with the exception of smaller items that are sent as standard letter mail. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order. Please go to the carrier’s website and input your tracking number.

What are your store trading hours?Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm with the exception of public holidays.
